Flexibility,  work is interesting, and I like the people that I work with.

Education:  MS Science, Physics, U.S. Naval Postgraduate School,  Monterey, California; BS Electrical Engineering, Georgia Tech, Atlanta, Georgia.   

Military Background:  Retired Captain, U.S. Navy.

Past Professional Positions:  Director of Research and Development, U.S. Nuclear Weapons Program; Deputy Commander River Patrol Force (Vietnam); Commanding Officer USS Roark (FF1053).

Achievements:  Defense Superior Service Medal with Oak Leaf Cluster; Legion of Merit with Combat V and Gold Star; Air Medal with Numeral 2; Navy Commendation Medal; Combat Action Ribbon; Presidential Unit Citation with Bronze Star; Navy Unit Citation; Meritorious Unit Citation;  Navy Expeditionary Medal; Defense Service Medal with Bronze Star; Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal; Vietnam Service Medal with 4 Bronze Stars; Vietnam Campaign Medal with Device, Vietnam Cross of Gallantry.
