Realtime Reporting
Realtime technology merges court reporters' stenographic skills with computer-aided translation software to provide instantaneous access to court or deposition proceedings to attorneys, judges, and other participants in the legal process. The realtime process originates with the court reporter. The steno alphabet is phonics based. In order to provide accurate realtime translation, reporters have honed their writing skills to differentiate homonym resolutions (their/there, to/two/too/II), insert punctuation and formatting where appropriate, and input instant dictionary entries for proper names or technical vocabulary that are utilized during the proceedings.
Livenote® allows up to nine attorneys at a time to view the transcript as our reporter transcribes it. Sentences may be marked, notes added, text highlighted, and many more useful options. LiveNote® saves you the time and trouble of writing on legal pads as fast as the witness is speaking.

What is a Miniaturized Transcript?
Along with using less paper, reducing weight and clutter, they also make in-transit reading easier. The reduced image format eliminates the need for summaries, improves comprehension and reduces oversights. Transcripts can be formatted with four to six pages miniaturized to one page.
What is a Keyword Index?
This reference lists all of the words in a document in alphabetical order, showing every place that it was used in the document.
Scenario: You are cross examining the key witness on the stand. You realize that his present testimony on a crucial issue doesn’t agree with his previous testimony in deposition. Seconds turn to minutes as you flip anxiously through the pages of his deposition, struggling to find the exact phrase that you’re looking for.
With keyword indexing, you will find that crucial testimony in seconds. Laser Reporting will help you win cases by providing services that integrate the latest in computer technology.
