  Meeting people, working with highly skilled and knowledgeable attorneys and their staff.

Education:  BA Political Science, Naval Post-Graduate School, Monterey, California; MS International Affairs, George Washington University, Washington, D.C.

Military Background:  Retired Captain, U.S. Navy (Aviator).

Past Professional Positions:  Special Deputy to the Secretary of the Navy; President and owner of a small business; Deputy Director of Aviation Plans for the U.S. Navy.

Achievements: Aviation Qualifications: Commercial Pilot; Multi-engine Jet and Reciprocating Engines; Airline Pilot Qualified; Navy Wing and Squadron Commander; Traveled around the World Twice, West to East and East to West; transited Panama Canal.

Publications:  Panama After Suez, A Study in Possible International Ownership and Operation of the Panama Canal After Turnover by the U.S., 1970.

Place of Birth:  Medicine Lodge, Kansas on an Indian Reservation.

Hobbies and Interests:  Golf, Travel, Aviation, Meeting new people.
